Top 7th Team Sales & Top 7th Team Recruitment for Thermomix Malaysia Alhamdulillah.

Still so surreal.

I never intended this path. Unexpected. It was an accident. The good kind.

BismillahiMasyaAllah.

I fell in love with Thermomix and how it has helped and benefited me me over the past two years to cook more homecooked food & share with others the love, wonders and joy of easy, fast, energy saving & healthy cooking. Its lifechanging.

Started becoming a Thermomix Advisor in mid 2020 and I suddenly became a Thermomix Team Manager in July 2021.

It really wasnt intentional until just the month before I was promoted but Alhamdulillah God made it really easy for me the moment I decided to take up the challenge last year. Alhamdulillah.

The first month I became a Team Manager I just couldn't believe the growth and from less than 20 Advisors the group grew to over 100 in just a few months. Now I have over 200 Thermomix Advisors from all over Malaysia and also some from the Middle East too, consisting of mainly part timers who are entrepreneurs, founders, cafe owners, business food ownersnutritionists, bakers, chefs, restaurant managers, doctors, dentists, educators, counsellors, lawyers, teachers, gov civil servants, entertainers, hosts, singers, producers, actors, artistes, influencers, lecturers, homemakers, full time housewives, full time moms, accountants, writers, activists, commercial talents,police officers, students, bankers, videographers, fitness coaches, internal designers, auditors, PR consultants and the list goes on and on and on… 

What most of them as a Thermomix Adviosor do is just cook whatever they love for themselves and the family and share their love of Thermomix and the benefits of it and how it has changed their lives. Eventhough they are mostly busy juggling their lives at work, and mostly also being a parent they are still able to cook and not just that they are able to cook things that they have never done before because of Thermomix.

Not all Adviosrs are active at one given time but all of them have contributed so much to the team in terms of their unique input and methods in approaching sales and recruitments at different times in different ways, participated in physical or virtual events and gatherings, group cooking sessions, team activities and much much more.

For the first 6 months of becoming a Thermomix Team Manager and leading my team TMomentum, Alhamdulillah the team and I sold 532 Thermomix and our sales went over RM3.7million together MasyaAllah. They are truly amazing. 

We achieved things which I never ever would have expected and is beyond my wildest imaginations. 

Alhamdulillah I am truly blessed for this unexpected career change.

The recognition that was given is thanks to every single one of them as this is a Team achievement.

Thank you Akin for introducing me to Thermomix and to this amazing business. Thanks so much Chloe for mentoring and encouraging me to become a Team Manager and bring me out of my comfort zone. Its one of the best decisions I've ever made. Both of u saw me at my lowest and how I had very low self esteem and low self confidence in the beginning because of what I went through with my health and life circumstances before that.

Thank you Jenny for all the knowledge, for opening up my eyes to a lot of things and for pushing Thermomix Malaysia to greated heights. 

Thank you ladies for believing in me before I even believed in myself.

Thank you Catherine and Afiza for all the knowlede and training throughout the years and also, thank you Fifie for sharing your experiences in sales as well as all the guidance.

Thank YOU for choosing me. 

You have no idea how much it means and how you have lifted me up from the lowest point of my life to this unexpected achievement.
