Salam Ramadhan everyone! Hope you’re having a better Ramadhan than the previous year. This year in this blessed month it’s honestly challenging for me personally since I am currently on lots of medication and undergoing some treatments so it is really something new for me this time around.

I’ve written a lot about my personal illnesses recently and I’ve been prescribed with lots of medication for my treatment to tackle my illnesses. On top of that, I’m also taking various supplements to help me get through the day.
I used to have a daily tablets organiser for my morning and evening meds. But now all my medication and supplements can no longer fit them =( But I guess God has His plan for me, insya Allah.
Anyway, today I want to talk about one of the supplements that I have been taking for the past year which is the Proviton Multivits that contain numerous vitamins, zinc, calcium and even folic acid. We are not getting enough of these from our foods so these days supplements are essential. I know that supplements will not be able to solve my illnesses but at least I am trying to strengthen my body. Ikhtiar. Every little effort helps.

But what I like the most and gives me ease of mind is that even though the Proviton Multivits’ capsules are from bovine sources, I no longer have to worry as it is certified halal by JAKIM. I was introduced to the Proviton Multivits last year and I have been taking them regularly ever since. It is often said that health is the biggest wealth and luxury one could have beyond anything else. Having undergone a lot of medical conditions throughout my years, I certainly agree. Please take care of your health before it is taken from you. Take care 💙
